Shotcrete Training Information

I have been in construction since 1960.  During these 40+ years, I have done repair work on most of the dams on the Spokane, Snake and Columbia Rivers, Built commercial and residential pools in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, California and Nevada.  My experience expands in both wet and dry shotcrete.

2006-2007

·     Trained crew to shoot dry shotcrete in wine cellar, Napa California.

·     Trained crews to place grand-crete, Dallas Texas – Raleigh North Carolina. – Twin falls Idaho-Fairfield Iowa- Anchorage Alaska – Palo Verde Nuclear Power Pant Phoenix, Arizona

·     Train crew to repair bridge with Dry shotcrete district of Columbia Washington D.C.

·     Train 3 crews Vancouver Canada in wet shotcrete – place shotcrete 12” thick on multi story office/apartment Buildings

·     Consultant and train crews for Obayashi Corp – Beach Hill Project, Seattle Washington (Light Rail Tunnel)

·     Consultant for design of new water reservoir city of North Bend Washington

·     Consultant Roker Point phase 1 cannel crossing Great Exuma Bahamas (2^nd boat basin) job starting 2008

·     Troubleshoot gunite job at coal mine, Birmingham Alabama

·     Train crew to place and finish shotcrete using panels for $3,000,000.00 house, Houston Texas

2004-2005

·     Trained Department of Transportation crew in Jacksonville, Florida

·     Certify Nozzleman for overhead highway tunnel repair, Vancouver Canada

·     Consultant for Gun Operator and Nozzleman on new water system, 30 diameter X 600 deep excavation, Vancouver Canada

·     Certify Nozzleman for rock stabilization at Lake Outlet structure.  Corp of Engineering, Portland Dist, Mt. St. Helens Washington

·     Train Nozzleman to shoot rock-scape Structure, Boise Idaho

·     Train Nozzleman to shoot rock-scape Structure, Cincinnati Ohio

·     Train Nozzleman to shoot rock-scape Structure, Austin Texas

·     Design special nozzle and train crew to fill cloth tubs with soil to build class rooms, Eleuthera Bahamas

·     Work with engineers in design and over-see shotcrete startup.  Certify shotcrete crew; 16 high X 2500 long X 6 thick, Exumas Bahamas

2004 Projects

·     Trained dry shotcrete crew to and carve rock-scape, Graham Washington

·     Placed Shotcrete on 100-year old ship; Nozzleman and supervise project.  Ship was 70-feet long, Portland Oregon

·     Sheared walls in library.  Nozzle manned and trained Nozzleman, Duarte California

·     Operate pump and trained Nozzleman on Climbing Wall, McCord Air Force Base Tacoma Washington

·     Certify Nozzleman to shoot at Navy Pier, San Diego California
