Notice of ASA ByLaw Changes
The ASA Executive Committee met this summer in Farmington Hills, MI to redirect its focus in brain storming, strategy formation and longer term planning. Among the many things accomplished at this session, was a thorough review of the current ASA Bylaws. Their review led the Executive Committee to present three changes to the full ASA Board for possible adoption. These changes were adopted at the monthly Board Conference Call on September 6, 2011 and is noted in a link from this eNewsletter. Changes were made to Officer terms (Article V, Section 1), Nomination Committee notices (Article IX, Section 2) and Committee Officers (Article IX, Section 3).
